Proposed final dividend for the fiscal year 2025

The AB InBev Board of Directors proposes a final dividend of 1.00 EUR per share, subject to approval by the General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on 29 April 2026. In line with the Company’s financial discipline and deleveraging objectives, the proposed final dividend balances the Company’s capital allocation priorities and dividend policy while returning cash to shareholders.
