The combined platform represents over ￥185 billion in assets under management with more than 500 global employees. Pathway will continue to operate under its existing brand as part of Clearlake’s broader private markets platform and Pathway’s team will continue to be led by James Chambliss, Richard Mazer, and Alex Casbolt.
